Black Label Tint ("we", "us") operates https://blacklabeltint.co and the shop at 60 Dodge Rd, Glen Hope, PA 16645. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website and how we use it. For privacy questions, call (814) 931-4796.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (when provided), service interest, message, and the page URL you submitted from. We also collect a Cloudflare Turnstile token to reduce spam and bots.
If you book through Square, Square processes appointment details under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control that booking system.
How we use information
We use enquiry details to respond to quotes, schedule work, and follow up on services. We do not sell personal information.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help block automated spam. Cloudflare may process technical data related to the challenge under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
CRM delivery
Form submissions are sent to our CRM (GoHighLevel) so we can respond to quotes, schedule work, and follow up. Message content is transmitted for that purpose only.
Retention
We keep enquiry records as long as needed to handle the job and run the business, then delete or archive them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about an enquiry you sent, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling (814) 931-4796. Some records may need to be kept for business or legal reasons.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
